I'm going to be honest here: The Kansas City Automotive Museum, which is less than a year old, is a well-done museum. That being said, it had probably less than 30 cars, only a couple of which were really "museum" cars (all of them on loan), depending on what type of museum you're talking about. Combine that with the fact that it is $9 a person to get in, and it's not necessarily worth it, especially considering we ourselves drove two and a half hours to see it. But the tour guide was very nice and well-informed, and the museum was well-executed, as I said. Personally, though, I found this to be the second best venue during our visit for viewing cars. More on the best venue later.
Meanwhile, enjoy some very cool Cadillacs and others.

I totally agree on all accounts. Having spoken previously with one of the volunteer staff, part of the high admission fee is to offset the large donations they need in order to build a much larger permanent site that is more central. Great photos!

I'm going out to Seattle at the end of the month, and my father is taking me to the Lemay Museum, in Tacoma. I've already been, but I'm still excited to go. If you're ever out there, go. It's totally worth every dime.
